Your account is strictly for your personal use. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors simultaneous logins and suspicious IP activities. If we detect that multiple users are accessing a single Premium Pass, your account will be permanently banned immediately without any prior notice and without any refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this platform, including but not limited to Sanskrit mock tests, PDF notes, website design, and UI/UX, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sanskrit-Vartika. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or sell any of our content. Unauthorized distribution of our premium materials on platforms like Telegram or WhatsApp will result in legal action.

4. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime using enterprise-grade cloud servers (Google Firebase), Sanskrit-Vartika is not liable for temporary service interruptions, internet outages, or data loss due to unforeseen technical circumstances.

5. User Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully when using our WhatsApp Support or "Report Error" features. Abusive language towards our educators or support staff will result in account termination.

1. Information We Collect
When you register on Sanskrit-Vartika, we collect personal information including your Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Number, and optional profile details (Date of Birth, Gender, Location, and College Name). We also track your mock test scores, time taken, and saved questions to generate your performance analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to provide and improve our educational services. We use your email for secure account login and password resets. Your WhatsApp number is used solely for customer support and critical account notifications (like pass expiry warnings). Your test data is used to power the AI Booster engine to help you identify weak topics.

3. Data Security & Storage
Your data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your passwords and personal details. We do not have access to your raw password.

4. Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. We only share necessary data with secure, RBI-approved payment gateways (such as Razorpay/Cashfree) strictly for the purpose of processing your Premium Pass transactions.

5. Device Storage (Cookies & Cache)
Our website uses local device storage to save your free test history, AI mock test limits, and notification timestamps to make the app load faster and save your bandwidth. You can clear this cache at any time from your Account Settings.

1. Digital Goods Nature
Sanskrit-Vartika provides digital educational content (Premium Mock Tests, AI Booster limits, and PDF notes). Because these are digital goods that are instantly delivered and accessible upon purchase, they cannot be "returned."

2. Strictly No Refunds
Once a Premium Pass (Combo, Sanskrit, General, or Batch) is purchased and activated on your account, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. Please utilize our Free Content and Free Mock Tests to evaluate the platform's quality before making a purchase.

3. Double Payments / Gateway Errors
If your money is deducted twice for the same transaction due to a network issue or payment gateway error, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email (enquiry.sanskritvartika@gmail.com) with your transaction proof. We will verify the logs and initiate a refund for the duplicate transaction within 5-7 business days.

4. Pass Upgrades
If you purchase a single-subject pass and wish to upgrade to the Combo Pass within 48 hours, please contact support on WhatsApp. Upgrades are handled manually on a case-by-case basis.
